- If we agree at your request to come to your industrial site to customize and deliver instruction to your management team, we offer a 100% money back guatantee, as follows:
A. We guarantee that graduates of our forklift training programs are competent to our clients' standards and that users can follow the procedures we produce. We use an engineering approach that ensures our training is cost-effective and compatible with our clients' business goals.
B. We guarantee our work. We use an engineering approach that ensures our solutions are cost-effective and compatible with our clients' business goals. Our associates are all professionals with extensive business and industry experience.
C. Graduates of the contracted training will be able to perform on the first day of the job. If they are NOT able to perform to the specified standards, then, you do not pay any fees to us (except for pre-paid travel-related expenses, at actual cost).
D. This guarantee does not apply to the following conditions:
- When the training for which you wish to contract is not directly related to a serious injury or fatality at your subscribed industrial site, and
- an on-site front-line senior-most manager did not sign the subscription contract, and
- the same senior manager does not meet periodically with training program graduates to help them resolve related on-job issues.
