For "Industrial Site License" members, we collect information that may include company name, contact name, name of each LIFTOR Certified operator, instructor, test examiner (or candidates for these designations) registering for our database, their street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, URL, industry, payment information, and your comments. All confidential personal credit card information is encrypted via secure server software. Personally identifiable information provided by subscribers (name, email or home address, etc.) is never disclosed to any individual or business.
Cookies
Each time a subscriber logs into this site, we store a temporary 'cookie' in the browser files of that subscriber's computer. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you free access to the Subscribers Area, without repeatedly requiring you to re-enter your user name and password. Cookies are also used to track session usage patterns. LIFTOR.com cookies do not collect personally identifiable information. We also collect information about how our web site is used. Information gathered here may include the date and time of visits, pages viewed, time spent at LIFTOR.com, and other similar, non-personal information. Information Usage
The information collected by National LIFTOR Licensing Systems will be used only for administering the services of LIFTOR.com and National LIFTOR Licensing Systems. Usage includes issuing credentials such as a wallet size certification card, 8.5" X 11"certificates, and printing and transmitting records required for compliance with government regulatory standards such as OSHA and others. Users who have provided information may receive our newsletter or e-mails pertaining to services, special offers, or up-coming events. In the event of serious personal injury of a National LIFTOR Certified Operator, the operator may be contacted by a sensitive and mature representative of National LIFTOR to offer, ONLY WITH THE OPERATOR'S PRIOR CONSENT, possible minor assistance after learning of their serious injury. We may share data with our third party payment services that are necessary to carry out a payment transaction. The information shared with these third parties will only be used with your prior consent, to complete a transaction between you and National LIFTOR Licensing Systems or its affiliates.

In no case is subscriber information or 'cookies' provided to the third party sites. We have no control over those web sites. We provide our subscribers with a multi-tiered Discussion Forum that makes sharing information with other subscribers easy.
