Why Do this? My knowledge, training, and experience speak for me:
- I formally studied the effects of training and testing on 300 forklift operators for 10 years across ten (10) different U.S. industrial sites. It is on file at the OSHA Technical Data Center. Experienced or not, LIFTOR helps you use what you already know to become an EXPERT Forklift Trainer! - OSHA requires training in how to safely OPERATE the forklift (powered industrial truck)

- LIFTOR Certified Trainers start one-on-one coaching by bringing operators to their trucks.
- LIFTOR Trainers discuss how to use the customized Daily/Shift Exam Questions - component-by-component, function-by-function.
- New Operators are coached on-truck, in all key tasks they will perform safely on-job.
- Experienced operators can test out of the training by taking the on-truck, on-job evaluation a.k.a. Skills Check.
- To certify, the on-truck, on-job evaluation/skills check requires both precision safety maneuvering WITH speed.

- LIFTOR practices are proven valid and efficient and well-documented, at OSHA; NIOSH; The Federal Register; and starting in 2015, in university textbooks.
