Our Beliefs 

We believe our first responsibility is to the men and women who operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts), to their managers, supervisors, instructors, and to the safety professionals who use our services and products. In meeting their needs everything we do and accomplish must be of high quality and socially responsible. We must strive to reduce our costs so our services and support materials can be offered at reasonable prices.

Client and customer orders must be serviced with integrity that is beyond reproach; with speed that serves our client's pace of business; and with accuracy.

Our Franchisees, Independent Contractors, Consultants, Registrars and Strategic Partners must have an opportunity to be compensated fairly for their contributions to the National LIFTOR initiative.  National LIFTOR Volunteers, are to be accorded all due respect and recognition for their contributions to the mission.

We must remain flexible enough to respond to client needs for changes in the processes, materials and standards that comprise National LIFTOR.  Continuous improvement of the entire National LIFTOR process must be evident to all who participate in serving our common interests of improving workplace productivity while improving upon the risk of serious injury and fatality related to powered industrial trucks.
