A National LIFTOR project Manager will confirm your request by phone, give you an opportunity for discussing your interests, wants and needs, and will send an invoice to you for $200. Upon payment, the installation packet will be sent to you. It includes all the informational materials you need to get started such as: Industrial Site Licensing Agreement; Purchase Agreement, 24/7 telephone hot line number, sample training Materials, sample evaluations, supply of Daily Shift Examination Records & Job aid, and allot more.
